Newborns are neurologically immature and to survive, they will wake up frequently, regulated on the need to feed frequently. You may have certainly heard a baby is able to sleep by age of around 16 weeks without any medical and neurological health issues. Some infants may be able to achieve this a good based on their personality and disposition, but a lot won’t. Some babies have a strong need to be held, helped to be soothed, have digestive and elimination issues, sensitive to parents’ anxiety and fatigue. A stressed life with changes around the routine and consistency, teething, growth spurts, and what not. Everything counts when in comes to tailor a personalized sleep solution plan. We take a holistic approach to it. And we are following you up in implementing it. From our first interview to the home visit and follow to plan and daily check-ins, we make sure that you feel fully supported and guided. Cancellation Policy

Your fee is non-refundable, yet transfers and credits are available for private coaching and professional courses only (no yoga classes). Credit will be honored for one month for private sessions only and for one year from the professional course date. If not used by those times, the credit will expire. The credit is good for the amount of professional course only and fully transferable to another person or course of the same or another topic. If the course price changes in higher, the additional balance will be required. If it changes in lesser, there will not be any refund of the remaining balance.
